Unpretentious joint with friendly service and delicious food. Tried the chicken kebab platter and lamb kebab platter. Both were delicious and well seasoned. There were so many side salad options — I went with the baba ganoush (amazing), beets, eggplant, and preserved lemons (great for some tasty acidity). Portions were huge, and yes the 10 level hot sauce is indeed spicy.Eddie is the man and is a bubble of tranquility and kindness in this bustling city. Would recommend a visit!

I had the pleasure of dining at Pita Point, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I ordered the chicken with couscous and vegetables, and it was absolutely divine. The chicken was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection—while the couscous was light and fluffy, complementing the rich, savory vegetables beautifully.The attention to detail in every bite was remarkable, showcasing true culinary artistry.Equally impressive was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with warmth and professionalism. Our son recommended Pita Point to us. After our first visit, we went twice more AND we even ordered falafel to take back home to Chicago. Everything we tried was delicious! The falafel is fried as you order. Eddie is welcoming and entertaining. He gave us samples of various food while we were waiting for our dishes and cracking jokes the whole time. I highly recommend Pita Point to foodies!

so happy i finally got to try this place! fresh food and the owner was so funny and sweet, made my day. he's a ray of positivity.the dish of the day was grilled yellowtail covered in grape leaves--amazing!!! the rice was cooked to perfection too. the baba ghanouj was outstanding, very creamy and garlicky.the presentation of everything was beautiful, and the establishment was spotlessly clean. i just found my new favorite lunch spot.

One of the best falafels I’ve had. Everything tasted fresh and the place was clean. It’s a no frills place, the person behind the counter wasn’t the friendliest, but when the food is that good you can get away with it.I will definitely be back.**edit: I went back on 1/14, and the staff member, Eddie, was super friendly. Took time to ask my name, spark up a quick convo, and made a fresh batch of falafels for me.

My mom and brother and I went to Pita Point before I took them back to the airport and Eddie was the most gracious host and rolled out the red carpet for my family. It was the most incredible experience, he tediously worked out on our meal and gave us samples to try. He was personable and made my family's last experience in NYC a memorable one. The food was delicious and crafted with artistic hands.

Very good food. The baby chicken was delicious and fresh. The smokey flavor is great. The platter with all the salads were delicious. The babaganoosh is my favorite. Good drinks selection.

Just stopped in today for the 1st time with my son. We got the pita with falafel for lunch.Best customer service I've seen in awhile! The owner is certainly what brings heart and makes this spot special. Definitely goes above and beyond and I really enjoyed talking to him and he included my son in conversation. The food is amazing. Perfectly cooked and flavors on point. The falafel was plenty for us we were stuffed! Can't wait to return for the same or to try other new dishes. Thankyou so much for the amazing service and amazing food.
